DixAlert watches noise levels on a specified video input device, such as a webcam, and exports JPEG and/or PNG images when it detects a large enough spike. It can also send e-mail to alert the user using the SMTP protocol.

Another mIRC spam utiltiy, this one is an actual paint program that allows you to paint your spam in big ascii blocks.

Tested with mIRC 6.03 and Winamp3. This is a mIRC alias script that works with Winamp to print what you're currently listening to in an IRC channel.

Tested with mIRC 5.71. This is a mIRC alias script which allows you to spew giant colorful words into your favorite IRC channels.

Converts standard .bmp files into "colored text" which you can then carelessly paste into your favorite IRC channel to annoy and inspire hatred from others.

Generally useful for haxing around, includes DLL source so you can easily write your own routines for insertion.

Obtains exception data from threads in a given Windows process. Does extra stack tracing to obtain as much information as possible, even when the framepointer is not valid (optimized builds, etc). Useful debugging tool.

OpenGL program which allows you to specify any file and interpret that file as an image using a variety of pixel modes. You can scroll through the file and dump the screen to a bitmap. Useful for finding images within other files. This thing is terrible and useless, and you should be using Noesis instead.
